Tomato+celery juice
Tomato and celery juice is one of my very favorite non-sweet juices.
Proportion is 1:1.
My tomatoes are a bit sour, that's why proportions are equal, if tomatoes are not sour,
then you can more tomatoes and less celery.
A little tip: if you like spices you can add up a pinch of coriander powder into your juice and /or juice a tiny bit of chili pepper
Benefits are many but the most known and important is celery is an amazing diuretic and tomatoes contain tyramine which controls blood pressure.

Green juices
yesterday I made a nice celery + spinach juice. It looked beautiful in a glass, like emerald green water of the Andaman sea.
What I used to get one glass of juice :
2 big stalks of Celery
200 g of spinach
wonderful taste
surprisingly to me, because before according to other people descriptions that green juices must be of terrible taste , therefore one should put something of sweetness in them in a form of a banana or an apple. I just find it to be unnecessary as greens already have nice a bit salty taste.
not to spoil this taste you simply should add bok choy or any other mustard taste greens, then everything will be ok.
another variation today is:
3 stalks of celery
200g of spinach
200g of iceberg salad
what you get: 2 glasses of pure emerald green juice with soft salty taste
wonderful taste of spinach and it's a little salty
